Delivery & Returns
Each Alice Archer piece is hand made in Alice’s South East London studio to the highest possible standard. This process takes between 4-6 weeks from placing an order. However if an item is required sooner than this, please contact email@example.com and we will try our hardest to meet your needs.
As all the pieces are made to order we do not offer refunds or returns. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss or with any questions. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an issue with the fit of a bespoke or made to order item, it may be possible to arrange for alterations to be made free of charge. We offer worldwide shipping which is calculated when placing your order. Your item will be packaged in beautifully designed Alice Archer tissue paper and box and shipped using DHL. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be administered by the courier company once the package has arrived in your country.
